- When are the subscription boxes sent?
Our subscription boxes are shipped the first week of every calendar month. If you sign up before our cutoff on the 26th of the month, you will receive your first box the following month. For more information on the shipping schedule click here.
If you miss the cutoff date, but don't want to wait until the following month to start baking, please get in touch.to request your subscription start ASAP.
- How often are subscription boxes sent?
Monthly! We ship the first week of each month.
- What's in each box?
Each box includes what you need to make this month's recipe. including pre-measured, non-perishable ingredients, easy-to-follow recipe card & online tutorials.
- Do I need anything else?
Our kits contain non-perishable ingredients, you will need to add additional items such as eggs, butter, and milk, depending on the recipe requirements. We send you an email ahead of each month's delivery advising what is needed for the upcoming box. You can also find this information on the monthly club schedule
- What if I cannot bake straight away, how long will the kits last?
As our kits only contain dry non-perishable ingredients, they have a long shelf life so you do not need to stress if you cannot bake them the right way. If stored correctly they will keep for 9 months before baking.
- How long does the subscription last for?
By default, all our subscriptions are ongoing and will renew automatically each month until canceled. But we provide the flexibility to cancel anytime. If you do want to cancel or take a break, just make sure to do it before the 20th of the month as this is when the subscriptions auto renew for the following month.
If you are purchasing a subscription as a gift, you have the option to pre-select the number of months. You can choose to gift 3, 6 or 12 months. Gift subscriptions will not automatically renew if you have pre-selected a specific number of months.
- I am going to be on holidays & will not be able to bake, Can I skip a month?
Yes, our subscriptions provide the flexibility to skip a month or pause altogether. You can do this by logging into your account and selecting to skip/pause. Just make sure to do this by before the 20th of the month as this is when we renew subscriptions for the following month.
- How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your anytime. Simply login to your account to manage your subscription from there. If you need help just email us at isabelle@nordicbakebox.com.au and we will help you out.
- What if an item in my box is damaged?
We take care to package our kits in durable boxes to reduce the instances of them getting damaged during shipping. However in the event you receive your kit damaged please get in touch and we will do what we can to assist.
