- When will my first box ship?
- Sign up this month to receive next month's box. Your first box will ship at the beginning of the following month. For more information on the shipping schedule click here.
- How often & when will I get this box?
- Monthly! We ship at the beginning of each month.
- How do I switch to the Cinnamon Buns or sourdough starter kit?
- To switch from the Monthly sweet recipe to the Cinnamon Buns or swap the bread for our sourdough starter kit, please email us at isabelle@nordicbakebox.com.au.
- What's in the box?
- Your box will include pre-measured, non-perishable ingredients, items needed for the recipe such as parchment paper and a recipe card with baking tips.
- How do I know what groceries I need to add for each box?
- We will send you an email a week prior to your box arriving to remind you of the required ingredients for the upcoming box. If you wish to receive these emails, please ensure your subscription settings allow it. You will need ingredients such as milk, butter, and eggs. You can also find this information under "Schedule" on our website.
- Does the box contain any products that will spoil or go bad that I need to open right away?
- Our boxes do not contain perishable ingredients, If stored correctly they last for 6 months.
- Will my subscription renew automatically?
- Subscriptions will renew automatically until canceled. Gift subscriptions do NOT renew automatically unless you choose for it to renew at checkout. You can check if your gift subscription will renew at your Account Page under "Subscriptions."
- What is your refund policy?
- Month-to-month plans: We will process your refund with a 5% processing fee to cover payment processing fees. We provide refunds up until the 1st of the month that your box is shipping out. If the box has already shipped or it is after the 1st of the month, we cannot provide a refund. For any questions, please email us at isabelle@nordicbakebox.com.au.
- When will I be charged for a renewal?
- Renewals occur on the 20th of each month for the next month's box. Month-to-month subscriptions renew every month.
- How do I skip a month?
- You can do this by logging into your account. You need to skip before your box renews for the month you do not want. Renewals occur on the 20th of each month for the next month's box.
- What if an item in my box is damaged?
- Before taking any action, please take a photo of the damaged product (we require this for our records and to offer you a replacement). We do not offer replacements without proof of damage. Email us at isabelle@nordicbakebox.com.au, and we will assist you. Further details about this policy can be found on our Terms & Conditions page.
- How do I update my address?
- You can update your address by emailing us at isabelle@nordicbakebox.com.au or by signing in to your account to manage your personal account details.
- How do I cancel my subscription?
- You can cancel your subscription by emailing us at isabelle@nordicbakebox.com.au or by signing in to your account and managing your subscription from there.
